SAM TRICKETT WINS THE MAIN EVENT

In September, 579 players took part in Season 4 of the Partouche Poker Tour, generating a prize pool of 4.307.760 Euros
 
 
This weekend, on the 12th and 13th November, the nine finalists returned to the Palm Beach casino in Cannes to battle it out in the final of their lives.
 
Amongst them, Roger Hairabedian, Ilan Boujenah and Alexandre Coussy, three French men, who were hoping to bring home the trophy won last year by Vanessa Selbst.
 
The first day was full of rebounds, leading to Mads Wissing and Alexandre Coussy’s premature eliminations, followed by those of Mustapha Kanit, Alexander Dovzhenko and finally Hairabedian.
 
The next afternoon brought a rollercoaster of events for the 4 remaining players. Boujenah created huge excitement amongst spectators and commentators alike, going from being chip leader one minute and going bust the next.
 
Oleksil Kovalchuk, the very active Ukrainian took home 3rd place after a lucky game.
 
The English man, Sam Tricket went into the final duel holding half of what his Kuwaiti opposition Salman Bebehani held. However, in less than an hour, the English champion walked away with all the bets, after the ultimate coin flip, taking away the title of The 4th Champion of the Partouche Poker Tour and therefore winning the one million Euro cheque promised to the winner.
