THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR – GENERAL INFORMATION
• WHAT IS THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR?
The Partouche Poker Tour is the biggest room tournament event of Texas Hold’em Poker ever organized in France.
It will take place in Partouche Casinos and players will have the opportunity to take part in “Satellite” tournaments (first level), “Super Satellites” (second level) and the “Main Event” (final competition).
The winners of the “Satellite” tournaments will go through to a “Super Satellite” tournament.
The winners of the “Super Satellite” tournaments will go through to the “Main Event”.
However, it is possible to register directly for the “Super Satellites” and the “Main Event”.

• WHEN WILL THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR BE HELD?
The qualifying phases (“Satellites” and “Super Satellites”) of the Partouche Poker Tour will go on for 10 months, from between Novemberr 23rd 2009 and july 02nd, 2010.
The Final tournament will take place from 2nd to 07thSeptember, 2010. Final Table should be played at the begginning of november 2010.
• WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR?
Any person over the age of 18 (for french casinos) or 21 (for belgian casinos) who is not subject to a ministerial ban prohibiting him from entering a gaming room may participate in the Partouche Poker Tour once he has signed up for a “Players Plus” card (for french casinos), which is available free of charge in all Partouche casinos.
• WHERE CAN I PLAY IN THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR?
You need to go to a Partouche casino located in mainland France in order to take part in the
Partouche Poker Tour (a list of casinos participating is indicated on the flyer or on the web site at www.partouchepokertour.com).
Partouche casinos in Belgique, Switzerland and Spain are not participating in the Partouche Poker Tour.
• HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR?
Registration for the “Satellite” tournaments (in french casinos only) can be made by going with your Player’s Plus card to one of the casinos participating in the Partouche Poker Tour and pay the participation fees.
An online pre-registration process is available the registration section on the web site at www.partouchepokertour.com for direct registrations for the "satellite" “Super Satellite” and “Main Event”.
• WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR EVENTS?
The rules are those set out in french games regulations (Articles 57 to 57-13 of the order of May 14, 2007) for Texas Hold’em Poker and by the Internal Regulations of Texas Hold’em Poker applicable in Partouche casinos.
These rules are available on www.partouchepokertour.com and clearly posted in all casinos.
• HOW MUCH MONEY CAN BE WON IN THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR?
In a “Satellite” tournament, the prize money for the winner is €1,075 which consist in a ticket for the following level. 125€ is also given to the finalist as a ticket for another satellite or to the winner to pay his hôtel room during his stay at the "Super satellite". And in the “Super Satellites” the prize money is €8,500 to the winners which are consisting in a ticket for the Main Event.
At each of the “Super Satellite” tournaments, an additional prize of 3 packgages minimum garanteed (10.000€ each) to take part in the WSOP will be distributed amongst the winners.
For the final tournament, “Main Event”, there is a guaranteed prize pool of Three Million Euros to be distributed amongst the winners.

• WILL THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR BE BROADCASTED?
The final tables of the “Super Satellites” will be filmed and broadcast.
The “Main Event” will be filmed and broadcast.
By participating in a tournament, the player accepts and authorizes the taking of pictures and of sound recordings for the purposes of editing and for television and video broadcasts or in any other form of multimedia product that may arise.
THE SATELLITES
• HOW MANY “SATELLITE” TOURNAMENTS ARE THERE IN THE PARTOUCHE POKER TOUR?
In each of the participating casinos, a “Satellite” tournament of 10 players will take place every Tuesday and Thursday for a period of 40 weeks from November 23rd, 2010 to July 2nd, 2010.
There will be 80 “Satellite” tournaments in each of the 41 participating casinos, thus more than 2,400 “satellites” in all.
• WHERE WILL THE “SATELLITE” TOURNAMENTS BE HELD?
The list of the 41 participating Partouche casinos is contained in the Flyer available in all Partouche casinos and on the web site www.partouchepokertour.com.
The “Satellite” tournaments take place in the Poker Room of the participating casino at the opening time of the latter (depending on each casino).
• WHEN AND UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS DO THE “SATELLITE” TOURNAMENTS TAKE PLACE?
They take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays (dates can be modified by the organizing casinos) in participating casinos from November, 23rd, 2009 to July 3rd 2010, provided that there are 10 registered people who have paid their participation fees.
• HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN THERE BE IN A “SATELLITE” TOURNAMENT?
There are 10 players in a “Satellite” tournament.
• CAN A PLAYER TAKE PART IN SEVERAL “SATELLITES”?
Yes, a player may take part in as many “satellites” as he wishes in order to reach a “Super Satellite”.
The advantage of taking part again in a “Satellite” is only viable in the event of elimination from a “Satellite” or a “Super Satellite”.
Accordingly, a player who loses a “Satellite” can immediately re-register for another “Satellite” in order to have another attempt at win a place in a “Super Satellite”.
Registration for a “Super Satellite” or for the “Main Event” is not transferable or assignable for any motive whatsoever.
• HOW MANY CHIPS DOES A REGISTERED PLAYER START WITH IN A “SATELLITE” TOURNAMENT?
He receives 2,000 units in the form of chips.
There are no re-buys or add-ons.
• HOW DO I WIN A SATELLITE TOURNAMENT?
In order to win a “Satellite” tournament, you need to win all the chips from the nine opponents on your table.
• WHAT IS THE PRIZE FOR A PLAYER WHO WINS A “SATELLITE”?
The prize money of €1,200 for the winner of the “Satellite” is attributed in the following way:
*€1,075 to pay for his participation fees towards the “Super Satellite” tournament for which he is now registered;
*The remaining €125 are given to the finalist for replaying satelitte or to the winner to pay his hôtel room during the "Super Satellite".
• CAN A PLAYER WHO WINS A “SATELLITE” PARTICIPATE IN THE “SUPER SATELLITE” OF HIS CHOICE?
No, he may not choose the “Super Satellite”.

THE “SUPER SATELLITES”
• HOW MANY “SUPER SATELLITES” ARE THERE?
There are 6 “Super Satellite” tournaments:

* at the Pasino of Aix-en-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône) on February, 20th, 2010
* at the Grand Casino of Divonne (Ain) on March, 20th, 2010

• HOW LONG DOES A “SUPER SATELLITE” TOURNAMENT LAST?
The “Super Satellites” take place on Saturdays AND following sundays and are played into the sunday night until the winner emerges.
• HOW MANY PLAYERS ARE THERE IN A “SUPER SATELLITE”?
There will be a maximum of 500 players in a “Super Satellite” tournament, 410 of which will have entered via the “Satellites”.
• IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER DIRECTLY FOR THE “SUPER SATELLITE” OF ONE’S CHOICE?
Yes, a player may register directly (without participating in a “Satellite”) for a “Super Satellite” of his own choice as long as he pays the €1,075 in participation fees.
• WHAT IS THE PRIZE MONEY FOR THE “SUPER SATELLITES”?
* 10% of the players who obtained the best performances during a “Super Satellite” will go through to the Main Event thanks to winning prize money of €8,500.
* In addition, a further Prize of 4 packages minimum guaranteed (10.000€ each) to take part in the World Championnship in Vegas is planned per “Super Satellite” to be divided amongst the top players.
• CAN A “SUPER SATELLITE” TOURNAMENT BE RELOCATED, DELAYED OR CANCELLED?
Yes, the Partouche casino organising a “Super Satellite” tournament may need to change the date of a “Super Satellite” and will inform its clientele at least three days before the scheduled date of the tournament. It may also cancel the tournament for other possible circumstances. Similarly, a “Super Satellite” may also be relocated. The players who are to take part are informed by all possible means.
THE MAIN EVENT
• WHERE AND WHEN DOES THE “MAIN EVENT” TAKE PLACE?
The “Main Event” is to take place at the Palm Beach Casino in Cannes from August, 02nd to 7th September, 2010. Final Table should be played by the begginning of november 2010.
• IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER DIRECTLY FOR THE “MAIN EVENT”?
Yes, it is possible to register directly for the “Main Event” by paying the €8,500 in participation fees.
• HOW MANY PLAYERS WILL THERE BE IN THE “MAIN EVENT”?
Some 300 players will be going through to the “Main Event” via the “Super Satellites” and possibly up to 300 more by direct registration.
• WHAT IS THE PRIZE MONEY FOR THE “MAIN EVENT”?
There will be a guaranteed prize pool of Three Million Euros for the winners.
The ultimate winner of the “Main Event” will win the sum of One Million Euros.
Other prizes will be also awarded to the top finishers.
REGISTRATION
• WHAT SHOULD I DO IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR A TOURNAMENT?
* The client should go to a games teller (slot machines or traditional games) in a Partouche casino.
He must be in possession of a “Players Plus” card available on the spot free of charge. The
card is also essential to gain access to the tournament room (only for french casinos)
* The teller will ensure that he has all the required information in order to process the registration form.
* Two copies of the registration form are handed to the player for signing, the contents of which should be verified by the player before doing so. Home and mobile telephone numbers should be thoroughly checked, as should the email address which is vital so that the client can be contacted in the event a tournament is postponed or cancelled.
* The regulations of the Partouche Poker Tour appear on the back of the registration form.
* The player must sign in the three boxes on the back of the registration form beneath the
Partouche Poker Tour regulations and this must be done on both copies (casino’s and client’s).
* The player must settle the participation costs for the tournament.
* Once this procedure has been carried out, a copy of the form with a stamp from the issuing casino is given to the client. The other copy is kept by casino.
The player is now registered.
• IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE THE “PLAYERS PLUS” CARD IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENTS?
Yes, as specified in the french Partouche casinos “internal regulations”, access to a Poker Room is only possible on presentation of a valid “Players Plus” card.
This card is available free of charge for all persons meeting the legal requirements.
In order to become a “Players Plus” member, the person must be over 18 years of age and not be subject to any ministerial ban prohibiting him from entering a gaming room.
This rule is not in use for belgian casinos.
• IF A PLAYER LOSES ALL HIS CHIPS IN A TOURNAMENT, CAN HE PURCHASE A RE-BUY FOR THE SAME TOURNAMENT?
No, each tournament whether it be of the first, second or final level are freeze-out events and there are no re-buys or add-ons. A player who has lost all his chips is thus eliminated.
• CAN THE PARTICIPATION FEES BE REIMBURSED?
No, the participation fees for a tournament cannot be reimbursed under any circumstance except in the event of a tournament being cancelled.
• WHAT HAPPENS IF A “SATELLITE” TOURNAMENT IS CANCELLED, POSTPONED OR RELOCATED?
In the event that a tournament is cancelled or terminated on the initiative of the operating casino, the registered players, who are not responsible for this decision, may only be reimbursed their registration fee and buy-in, excluding any other sum or damages.
In case of postponement or relocation of a tournament, the registered players promise to respect the date and venue of the postponement.
The players may register for subsequent “Satellite” tournaments according to the number of places available.
GLOSSARY
Freeze-out: In a freeze-out tournament, there are no re-buys or add-ons.
Main Event: This is the final phase of the Partouche Poker Tour. In order to earn a seat in this event, you must be among the top 10% of players at the six “Super Satellites” or you may enter directly by buying the participation fees of €8,500 (freeze-out tournament).
Prize Pool: This is the total sum of money awarded to the winners of a tournament.
Re-buy: This is the act of buying more chips for another opportunity in the same tournament (or a game).
Satellite: A tournament with a participation fee of €125. Winning this tournament gets a player access to the corresponding “Super Satellite” tournament (freeze-out tournament).
Super Satellite: Access to this tournament is earned by winning a “Satellite” or by paying the participation fees of €1,075. There are six “Super Satellites” between January 31, 2009 and July 9, 2009 (freeze-out tournament).
Single table tournament: There is only one table in this tournament, i.e. a mandatory 10 participants.
The “Satellites” are single table tournaments.
Multi-table tournament: A tournament which has several tables with 10 participants each. The “Super Satellites” and the “Main Event” are multi-table tournaments.
First level tournament: “Satellite’ tournament.
